After 1+ years of diligent phone calls and submission of documents on the promise of a loan mod...I found myself facing a forclosure sale. I contacted RMC with some skepticism thinking they were just another mortgage avoidance scam company.... Boy was I wrong!!
Brett and the RMC staff were kind and compassionate, yet relentlessly pursued the mortgage company and their unfair practices. Brett was prompt with phone and written communications and even allowed me to conference in on phone calls. RMC successfully halted the sale of my home and I am currently in the final stages of completing a permanent modification of my mortgage...despite being initially declined!!
