Loan Modification

At RMC, we are experts in Loss Mitigation. We have extensively studied the various guidelines which apply to the U.S. Governments HAMP (Home Affordable Modification Program) for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA (Federal Housing Administration) as well as for conventional loans.

  • Lower your monthly payments
  • Fix your adjustable rate
  • Reduce your loan balance

Short Sale Solutions

For those clients who are suffering a hardship and no longer want to keep the home, RMC can help you “Short Sell” your property. Also known as a real estate short pay-off or a pre-foreclosure workout, a short sale is an agreement with a lender to accept less than the amount owed by a borrower via a sale of the property to a third party. With this agreement, the lender releases the borrower from the mortgage, thereby preventing foreclosure. With a short sale, your FICO score will not be as negatively impacted as it would be with a foreclosure, and you will be able to get into a new home much sooner as well.

Loss Mitigation

RMC are the experts in Loss Mitigation. Also know as “Foreclosure Prevention”, we offer homeowners assistance in loan modification, forbearance plans, repayment plans, Deed-in-Lieu of Foreclosure, and short sales. Foreclosure is NEVER the answer. There are other options available to you depending upon your situation.

Bankruptcy

In certain cases, when other loss mitigation options have been exhausted, the next course of action is bankruptcy. However, you need the expertise of an attorney to determine if this is what is best for you. One of Gail Mathes’ specialties is bankruptcy. She can assist you in determining if bankruptcy is an option for you, and, if so, whether you should seek a chapter 13 or a chapter 7.

Testimonials

I was 2 to 3 months behind on my mortgage payment and at the beginning of foreclose when Brett with RMC saved me. I spoke with my mortgage company a couple of times trying to get some help with my payments I got no where but a higher mortgage payment. Brett explained everything to me in detail and was very understanding of my situation. After getting him all of the paper work he needed to file this for me Brett had my house payments down $210.00 a month in a matter of weeks.

I have recommended everyone I know who needs help with there mortgage payments to contact Brett at RMC.
